• Keep records of candidates’ database following company’s process and update recruitment record database in a timely and accurate way;
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews;
• Proactive search CVs from many channels & social networks and approach candidates for job invitation;
• Support with external communication on social networks like activating job advertisement & interacting with candidates;
• Assist to prepare recruitment event plan as well as take part in these events: career day, job fair, internship program…;
• Involve in organizing company culture event to enhance employee spirit such as teambuilding, monthly birthday party, year-end party, social activities…;
• Other HR tasks on request.

Yêu cầu

• Fresh-graduated or final-year students are welcomed;
• Major in HR Management, Foreign Languages, Communications or related areas;
• Knowledge or experience in HR will be an advantage;
• Well organized, detail-oriented, sociable and pro-active;
• Be highly responsible with confidential matters/reports/data;
