Mô tả công việc

To be in charge of the following jobs:

• Monitor CBU import shipment & customs clearance: from shipping date to warehouse date, ensure in time for sales & no demurrage & detention cost
• HS code & tariff management: ensure customs declaration with correct HS code & tariff as well as full FTA application
• Control import duty payment: ensure import duty to be paid on time & adequately
• Import expense verification & payment: ensure import expense is booked in system fully & correctly
• Insurance control: contact Insurance Co. & related parties to claim for import insurance (if any)

Yêu cầu công việc

• University graduate with bachelor degree
• Knowledge of import-export is required
• Experience in internation trading & customs declaration is an advantage
• Good communication in Vietnamese & English
• Work with high sense of responsibilities, attentiveness and independence
• Short-term vacancy, starting on 1st Dec 2017, ending on 30th Jun 2018
