LOTTE CORALIS VIETNAM is recruiting: ADMIN & PURCHASING STAFF. Job description as below:

1. Responsibility:

Administration duty:
- Be responsible for all administration activities.
- Ensure office facilities and locker are in good condition and ready for use and be controlled.
- Manage all office maintenance: IT, air conditioning, electrical works, furniture, water dispensers, pest control, etc. and co-ordinate renovation works.
- Manage all assets and ensure security, cleaning, safety & fire control of the company and coordinate asset requisition, purchase, transfer, disposal and audit.
- Responsible for systematic filing system, safety keeping of private and confidential documents.
- Annually analyze and monitor team’s expenses and operational budget (yearly, quarterly, and monthly).
- Arrange for the company business trip & welcome guests (including flight reservation, visa and accommodation arrangements).
- Arrange for work permit, visa of foreigner and their family.

Purchasing duty:
- Manage all admin contract, ensure all purchasing & logistics are managed as per Operation Asset requirement within Time, Cost, Budget and Quality defined.

Retention:
- Supporting all teambuilding and other activities to motivate employees, create good working environment to enhance team work spirit and co-operation from staff to achieve good production target.
- Arrange benefit for employees: birthday, marriage, sick case, funeral, etc.

Other duties
- Support other department activities as required.
- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Human Resources Team Leader, General Director.

2. Requirement:
- Gender: Male & Female.
- Bachelor of Business Administration or related fields or equivalent professional qualification. Not required experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Vietnamese and English.
- Good health, can work under high pressure and motivate himself.
- Teamwork skill: Actively promote teamwork.
- Service orientation: customer service minded.
- Methodical, accurate, and neat; Energetic, positive attitude.
- Exceptional time management skills and a sense of urgency in meeting deadlines.
