PANASONIC VIETNAM CO., LTD was established in July 2005 with offices in Hanoi, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City and Can Tho. In order to expand our business, we are seeking for qualified candidates for the position of Import Assistant Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities: Processing orders in SAP system and other relevant jobs.

Details:

• Lead import team for smoothly and effectively operate daily
• Working with factory/logistics companies to receive shipping docs, make import plan smoothly
• Coordinate with Fowarders to process necessary activitites until finish custom clearance and arrange cargoes to warehoise (document checking, e-Custom, payment for tax, buying insureance, etc…)
• Update import process daily and send to relevent departments
• Filling all import document for Customs Audit & Interrogation purpose
• Arrange payment for import charges and analyse import expense
• Make monthly expense report
• Come to work with the Custom for interrogation sometimes
• Update import policy and new regulations, share to relavant dept. Feedback other person about import issues
• Other jobs in import team when being assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Good experience to work with Custom in interrogation is must
• Exellent knowledge of Vietnamese import-export law
• Good analytic and caculation
