Mô tả Công việc

• Issue Purchase Order of material with minimized inventory in balance.
• Issue & follow up Delivery Order Request for all kinds of material.
• Follow up the actual purchasing quantity & daily order adjustment & vessel status to deal with receiving plan.
• Follow up Quantity issues for incoming item.
• Daily input data into software system.
• Shipping document checking & collection.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Female below 25 years old.
• University graduate (Major in Commercial/Economics/Foreign Language).
• 1 year of experience in Japanese company in Material Planning Control (Fresh graduates with good skills will be accepted).
• Good communication in both Vietnamese and English. Can speak Japanese is an advantage.
• Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good teamwork, active, careful, patient, and honest.
• High adaptability to change.
