Responsibilities:

• Track the revenue patterns of clients and alert the team for sudden fluctuations
• Investigate the possible factors that may have caused sudden changes in client revenue
• Prepare a professional, coherent and grammatically correct business correspondence that details the investigation made and the potential resolution
• Proactively approach team members with recommended optimization methods for clients
• Analyze the client's target audience, payment behavior and history
• Assist in the collection and consolidation of required information and data

Requirements:

• Excellent analytical and effective problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of probability theory and mathematical statistics
• Experience in handling and analyzing large amounts of data
• At least 1.5+ years of experience in analytics
• At least 1 year of experience in programming with Python/R or 2 years of experience in other languages
• Solid background on database, and a good knowledge of SQL
• Ability to build and maintain efficient relations with team members and colleagues is essential
• Ability to effectively deliver results, meet targets and work within tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• University bachelor's degree or above is required
