RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the collection and consolidation of required information and data.
• Analyze the client’s target audience, payment behavior and history.
• Track the revenue patterns of clients and alert the team for sudden fluctuations, if any.
• Investigate the possible factors that may have caused sudden changes in client revenue.
• Prepare a professional, coherent and grammatically correct business correspondence that details the investigation made and the potential resolution.
• Proactively approach team members with recommended optimization methods for clients.

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent analytical and effective problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of probability theory and mathematical statistics.
• Experience in handling and analyzing large amounts of data.
• At least 1.5+ years of experience in analytics.
• Solid background on database maintenance, and a good knowledge of SQL.
• Ability to build and maintain efficient relations with team members and colleagues is essential.
• Ability to effectively deliver results, meet targets and work within tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• University bachelor’s degree or above is required.
