JOB DESCRIPTION

To coordinate and input reservations received for FITs (Free individual Traveler), GITs (Group Individual Traveler), as well as Travel & Tour Operator. Maximize revenue by utilizing appropriate rates and packages, and upselling Hotel outlets and related programme and facilities. Reservation Sales Agent will be acquired to conduct their duties in a corteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.

• Convey a high level of understanding the importance of attending to details
• Ensure accuracy by verifying work against standards or inputs of others
• Handle challenging situations with guests diplomatically
• Take extra steps to ensure work was completed despite a lack of cooperation from others
• Pursue increased responsibility
• Maintain a high level of output and quality regardless of the task load
• Take initiative and act quickly to deliver projects in a professional manner
• Take action to ensure overall success of department/organization

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree of English/Hospitality/Tourism other relevant major
• Good communication both in English and Vietnamese
• Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated customer service focus
• Ability to multi-task
• Able to work shifts
• Experience of similar position in 4 or 5 star hotels is preferred
