    1. Strategic Analyst (Manager Level)

    Currently, we are looking for potential candidates for the position of Strategic Analyst (Manager Level).

    Job Title: Strategic Analyst (Manager level) Department: Research and Consultancy Reports to: Head of Research, Hanoi

    Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

    • Maintain and update the market databases including rental/ occupancies/ price (existing & forecasts)
    • Analyze market data, forecast trend and write research reports
    • Analyze specific projects and write development recommendation reports
    • Prepare and present market presentations to Client
    • Create project work plan (human resource, timeline) and ensure project’s deadline and quality met
    • Provide data and research analysis on specific themes to support business development
    • Capture all contemporary media sources relating to real estate market

    • Produce thematic research on topics relevant to add value to the company business
    • Assist to build the external perception of Savills capability and present to clients if and when necessary, participate in the business development
    • Produce and deliver market presentations, prepare office newsletters and press releases
    • Propose/ prepare technical solutions to undertake market research/ consultant requests from clients
    • Any specific tasks as requested by the Head of Department

     Qualification and backgrounds

    • At least 3 years working experience in research and/or real estate consultant
    • Proficient in English, especially English writing
    • Computer literacy, Internet search engine, excellent Office skills (Word, Excel & Power point)

    2. Director Executive Assistant (Male candidates only)

    Currently, we are looking for potential candidates for the position of Director Executive Assistant.

    OVERVIEW:

    As an Executive Assistant (EA) to the Branch Director (BD), you will gain deep insight into the Company and be given levels of responsibility well beyond your expectation.

    Working as a ‘right hand’ to the BD, you will be immersed in strategic and operation analysis as well as having the opportunity to take a lead role in driving large projects within the business. You therefore is required to have knowledge of real estate in Vietnam and the region and business mind set.

    The EA will become adept at compiling reports for the BD, in a succinct format, enabling the BD to quickly understand where his business is and the issues it faces. You will quickly be expected to give opinions on such findings and given the task of designing and rolling out an action/project plan.

    This role is enable you to practice what you were taught and gained theoretic exposure to at University/ MBA program.

    Participants work on a series of strategic projects, the scope of which will focus on formulating and implementing strategies to create potential future revenue streams and maximize profit. Y

    ou will learn up close how a senior management team operates and how important decisions are made. You will be personally and professionally challenged through direct participation in decision-making processes an.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Financial Analysis

    • Reviewing and analyzing the company’s financial reports, flagging issues to the BD
    • Conducting analysis on internal departments and external competitors as needed
    • Basic modelling of companies in competitive industry

    Research and Analysis

    • Undertaking research on potential brand opportunities – financial and marketing research
    • Being willing an able to provide an opinion and insight based on this research
    • Carrying out internal research as needed

    Business Development:

    • Assisting and giving advisory to the BD on business in general (business analyze and development; approaching new clients, attending the meetings, presenting, negotiating, draft proposals, contracts, letters etc.)
    • Attending business meetings with BD and providing a different perspective on current issues
    • Assisting to determine best approach to secure meetings with new contracts ( calls, email etc)
    • Weekly reviewing of business development activities with BD determine priorities and problem solve issues
    • Scheduling internal meetings and circulate action plans
    • Involving in decision-making processes and /or act on behalf of the BD to give the instructions and delegating work to others in the BD 's absence
    • Initial reviewing report, business plans, budget provided by the business line leaders before giving to BD with comments

    Marketing

    • Understanding the nature of brand-building and product categories
    • Analyzing business strategy and marketing plans

    Building Industry Knowledge

    • Learning about operations in different areas, and related sectors
    • Developing a thorough understanding of the Vietnam and International Markets
    • Attending business meetings with the BD and providing a different perspective on current issues

    Administration

    • Preparing meeting agendas and sending out pre meeting documentation
    • Participating in meetings and responsible for taking notes as appropriate
    • Responsible for following up on meetings and actions

     CANDIDATE PROFILES:

    It is important to note that this is NOT a PA role (taking care of diaries, bookings etc). This role sits in the hub of the business and is analytical and outwardly facing: would suit a very bright, commercial MA/MBA graduate, with experience in a commercial environment.

    Skill/ Personal expectations

    • An MA or MBA would be a huge advantage (UK graduate is preferred)
    • Full time commercial work experience is essential. Having worked within Audit/ Financial firm would be advantageous
    • Knowledge of real estate market in Vietnam and region
    • Team player who can also work on own initiative

    3.  PM Assistant

    Currently, we are looking for potential candidates for the position of PM Assistant.

    JOB SCOPE – to advise and assist the Property Manager in all aspects of the daily operation of the Building and will act on behalf of the Property Manager when he absence. The aspects of the building daily operation are listed by priority order as bellow:

    • Tenant Relations
    • Administration
    • Human Resources and Training
    • Accounting
    • Housekeeping
    • Security
    • Engineering and Maintenance

     SPECIFIC DUTIES:

    • Implement as instructed on daily basis by the Property Manager
    • Arrange meetings/ appointments for the Property Manager and attend those meetings for taking minutes as requires
    • Assist in set-up and implementation of operational procedures and performance standards
    • Draft all internal and external correspondences both in Vietnamese and English and/or review and initial before presenting these to the Property Manager for approval
    • Record fully and tidy all documentaries issued by Property Management (handover minutes, tenant manual, renovation guidance, work schedule, work shift…)
    • Gather all reports from divisions and prepared a summary report on weekly and monthly basis and submit to the Property Manager for approval before providing to BoD of the Building/ Project
    • On behalf of the Property Manager, announce promptly to all staff all approved document regarding building operation, human resource, labour and working policy and benefit etc
    • On behalf of the Property Manager, assign effetely work for all staff and supervise their job
    • Act on behalf of the Property Manager when he/she is absent to ensure the Property operating smoothly all the time
    • Work with the suppliers, constructors and involve the negotiation process and contract
    • Implement all secretary works such as receive, reply, file and note all email, telephone message, fax, document, letter.. both incoming and outgoing
    • Liaise on behalf of the management with tenants and respond to their individual needs
    • Oversees the daily organization of all operational activities for the property and reports immediately to the Property Manager any situation or incident that may have a detrimental impact on the property

     REQUIREMENT:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel management, Commercial or equivalent
    • At least 1 years working in the similar position
    • Proficient in English
    • Good computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel & Power point) and the use of the Internet
    • Professional, tidy and smart dress code

    4. Sales Consultant (Chinese Speaking)

    Currently, we are looking for potential candidates for the position of Sales Consultant (Chinese speaking).

    Position Overview:

    Residential property has always been a core activity at Savills. We are the market leaders in this field and are recognized for setting the standards in the sale of high quality residential property in Vietnam and the wider Asia Pacific Region. In Vietnam, Savills is the leading sales agent for the high-end residential projects (shop houses, villas, luxury apartments and resorts..) throughout the country, especially in the major cities like Hanoi, HCMC and Danang.

    In 2008 and 2009 we were directly responsible for the sale of US$180m and $200m respectively of residential real estate in Vietnam.

    Each sales individual has important role in the success of the Residential Department and each of them will be well-trained and get benefit from their effort in sales.

    The Sale Consultant endeavor to close the deal and maximize the sales in professional manner.

     Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

    • Well maintain, update and enrich a qualified client database via email, cold call, contact in person, net working etc and get to know their existing and future needs.
    • Carry out partly or entirely the sales process: inviting buyers to the project/ model house, presenting the project and its products to the buyer, participation in sales negotiation and trying to closing the deal, preparation of sales contract and following up the fee payment etc
    • Prepare any papers concerning to sale process such as: confirm of interest, buyers’ information, contracts, receipt of deposit… and record of all sale done.
    • Ability to identify the business opportunities and report to the Project Manager and Head of Department for further actions
    • Conduct local market analysis for existing inventory and competitive properties to ensure accurate marketing and competitive pricing with regards to market price etc.
    • Learn and update all information in relation to real estate market (trends, existing condition, price, supplier and demand etc) from all sources and be enable to provide the accurate information to clients or developers when requires;
    • Have basic understanding the legal information in relation to real estate and be able to advice and give recommendation to the buyers;
    • Assist Marketing team in any of the leasing campaigns
    • Attend weekly department meetings to discuss and exchange information of the existing sold and sold properties, client database, prospect list, debt collection etc.
    • Prepare and present quarterly and monthly prospect reports to the Project Manager and Head of Department.
    • Set personal goal at the beginning of each year and review with Project Manager and Head of Department by quarterly/ Bi-annually and annually
    • Ensure to follow the policies and procedures of the Company and Department.

    • Able to speak Chinese fluently is a must

    5.  Thực tập sinh hỗ trợ phòng Sales (Japanese OR Korean Speaking)

    Currently, we are looking for potential candidates for the position of Sales Consultant Internship (Japanese OR Korean speaking).

    Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

    • Invite buyers to visit the project via email, cold calls, contact-in-person
    • Present the products to the buyers
    • Guide and introduce the buyers to the mock up houses
    • Conduct market research as requested by the project manager
    • Assist the team in marketing preparation (marketing material, flyers distribution, banner...) before any sales events
    • Do the paper work such as drafting daily report, filing record, translation etc

     Eligibility: The Internship Program is open to undergraduates and recent graduates; or applicants who have graduated from college within 12 months of beginning the internship.

    Applicants must also be expecting or – in the case of recent graduates – have recently obtained a "Good" or "Excellent" (or equivalent) final grade in their degree studies at university or college.

    Applicants must be fluent in Japanese OR Korean speaking.
