Mô tả Công việc

Operation

• Receiving and checking document from customers or related departments for both import & export shipments, check HS code and advise for customers if any;
• Preparing document to apply import permit or quality test result, etc if any;
• Doing E-customs declaration ;
• Instructing customers to prepare relevant documents and CDs for the onsite team working directly with customs to clear the shipments;
• Following strictly customs clearance status of shipments, handle urgently if trouble arises;
• Checking & approving all advance payment request & payment request of onsite team, base on the operation tarift of company;

Customer Service 

• Inputing detail of each shipment into system including cost and revenue, making billing for accounting department to issue red invoices to customers;
• Arranging transportation plan for both import & export shipments in certain cases;
• Making monthly report as required;
• Doing other record and task required

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• At least 1 year in customs declaration as above;
• University graduate major in foreign trade or relevant fields;
• Communication and customer service skills
