1. HR Officer (Compensation & Benefits)

Responsibilities:

You will give support and assistance to a number of HR activities within our Compensation & benefits team, including:

  • SAP HR database and leave management processing & reports;

  • Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance processing & reports;

  • Labor contract preparation and tracking;

  • New hire processing and documents;

  • Staff work permits and visas for foreign staff;

  • Personal files management;

  • Health checks & Premium health insurance;

  • Labor contract termination process, exit interviews and reports;

  • Staff social activities and events;

  • Other HR reports and projects as requested.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-year work experience in relevant areas of HR including HRIS and Payroll;

  • Bachelor Degree in related field;

  • Preferable experience with a Foreign Company within the Financial Services Industry;

  • Sound understanding of current HR legislation, policies and practices in Vietnam;

  • Accuracy & meeting deadlines;

  • Being professional, mature, careful, hard-working.

2. Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Strategising and visioning of new business model development, positioning, benchmarking and value realisation studies;

  • Operational improvements in business process design and realignment in at least one of the following areas:

    • Customer Insights and Analytics;

    • Market entry, feasibility study, market research, competitors’ study, etc.;

    • Route to market, salesforce effectiveness, promotion effectiveness, brand positioning;

    • Cost and performance management, benchmarking, financial modelling, internal processes and controls;

    • Supply Chain Management;

    • Planning, production, purchasing and sourcing;

    • Logistics and Inventory Management.

Requirements:

  • A good honours Degree from a recognised Tier 1 university is preferred;

  • Experienced in business consulting role with a leading management consultancy organization is a plus;

  • Experience in providing consulting services in strategy formulation and planning, organization design, and operation and business process improvement;

  • Experience with leading industry players, including multinational companies or domestic large-scale leading companies, is an advantage;

  • Experience in managing/ dealing with large complex projects on public-private partnership, post-merger integration, organization restructuring and transformation;

  • MBA degree from a reputable business school is a plus;

  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

  • Good command of English is essential;
