Working location: HN Office: 3rd Floor, Hanoi Toserco Building, 273 Kim Ma Street, Ba Dinh, Ha Noi
Working time: 8:30 - 17:30 (inclusive 1 hour for lunch time)

-------PAYROLL TRAINEE-------
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
To fulfill the tasks assigned with sufficient coaching by experienced Consultant and/or Senior Consultant including but not limited to:
- Submitting the tax and insurance lodgements to the local tax and social insurance departments;
- Making appointments with the clients to obtain their signature for the tax/insurance reports on a timely basis;
- Declaring the monthly Social insurance report;
- Reconciling the tax and insurance obligations on a timely basis of specified clients;
- Document filing;
- Other tasks upon assignment
Key Competencies:
- University degree majoring in business administrator, Law
- Good command of spoken and written English skills.
- No work experience required.
-------Administrator Trainee-------
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Perform administrator’s duties
- Answer and transfer phone calls in a professional and polite manner.
- Take message properly if requested to the utmost satisfaction
- Receive visitors/guests, arrange meeting rooms promptly
- Control access into the company
- Control office facilities (photocopy, fax, printer, ect.), call for repair and maintenance when needed.
- Ensure the tidiness of office area
- Arrange the initial necessary work stations, equipments and facilities required for new staffs: computer, email, network access, chair, desk, cabinet, desk telephone, business cards and stationeries.
- Coordinate with IT Support to manage daily backup in the office
- Handle office petty cash and follow up all payment for office
- Provide support in organizing company’s events
Support Payroll Services team
- Assist to update individual staff profile and records in payroll system.
- Assist in tax and insurance lodgments preparation and submission to the local authority;
- Prepare payment request for salary and statutory payment
- Prepare and send pay slip to clients
- Document filing; and other office operations tasks upon request.
Key Competencies:
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- No work experience required.
- Possesses a strong sense of responsibility, initiative, high integrity and able to work under strict deadlines.
- Meticulous and enjoy working with numbers.
- Good interpersonal skills, team player, yet able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of spoken and written English skills.
Benefits:
- Monthly allowance: 3,000,000 VND/ month
