ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT
UNIDO is a specialized agency of the United Nations that promotes industrial development for poverty reduction, inclusive globalization and environmental sustainability. Private sector development through improvement of business environments is among the core services of the Competitiveness, Business Environment and Upgrading Unit (CBU), of the Business, Investment and Technology Services Branch (BIT). The project is implemented by the Agency for Business Registration, the Ministry of Planning and Investment in Viet Nam with technical assistance delivered by BIT/CBU.

The Project “Expansion of National Business Registration System to new business entities” is managed by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and implemented by the Agency of Business Registration of Ministry of Planning and Investment.

The Project is seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Interpreter/Translator. You will be responsible mainly for interpreting in workshops, conferences,  meetings, discussions of the projects; translating documents between Vietnamese and English and implementing other administrative tasks. Key qualities will include professionalism, results orientation and accountability, planning, organizing and team orientation. University Degree in Foreign Languages (English) is a must. The Project is seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Project Assistant. You will be responsible mainly for providing assistance in the operational and administrative management of the project. Key qualities include professionalism, results orientation, accountability, planning, organizing and team orientation. University Degree in Management Studies, Foreign Language Study (English) or other related fields is a must. (see detailed requirements in the attached Job Description)
