POSITION SUMMARY

The IT Functional Lead’s primary objective is to gather process and configuration information from the key users and map the gaps. These individuals may develop process flowcharts for the existing and newsystem processes, develop methods of resolving process gaps, identify report and data requirements for the respective modules to support the end users, and identify data conversion requirements. Functional Lead are responsible for coordinating and facilitating key user meetings, system configuration, module testing, scheduling key users for system tests, preparing process documents, approving training documentation and some end user training.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identification and analysis of user requirements within their functional areas

- Provide expert knowledge of the IT area.

- Understand the “as-is” environment and provide functional expertise and knowledge of the existing business practices.

- Be responsible for the successful closing of gaps.

- Ensure configuration, processing and implementation of functional area software modules.

- Reconcile the user requirements to the new system capabilities.

- Liaise between the user community and project team; Act as a mentor and liaison to other users of that functional area.

- Work with users to foster active participation and ownership of the new system.

- Schedule and provide dedicated end-user training without interruptions.

- Provide a communication link between project teams through attendance at regular Project Team or Team Leader meetings.

- Contribute to status reporting.

- Thoroughly test the software and associated procedures to confirm that the primary business requirements are met.

- Input issues into the main log (e.g. open issues log) that surface during configuration, training or other team activities and also follow-through on resolution of those issues.

Job Requirement

QUALIFICATIONS/ EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

- University degree in information technology and/or computer science.

- At least 5 years of experience in IT area, preferably exposure to the relevant ERP (J.D Edward system).

- Strong communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills.

- Good analytical and project management skills.

- Effective time management skills.

  1. Outlet Management

- Attention for production such that the required volumes are completed within the norms of first time right, safety health environment, HACCP, efficiency and lowest overall cost.

- Plan, calculate, check and implement day-to-day activities of Brew house, Cellars and bright beer filtration.

- Controls fermentation, yeast handling, storage and bright beer operations, ensuring correct procedures are followed during production.

- Reports all deviations to the Production Manager for corrective action and records them in the respective record books.

- Ensures all chemicals/additives and raw materials required for brewing operations are requested and stocks maintained.

  1. People management and development:

- To guide, develop and support subordinates in order to run production process optimally. Specifically:

+ Coaching and assessment of subordinates, carrying out personal development and appraisal meetings, drawing up and implementing suitable training programs.

+ To address subordinates concerning good and bad behaviour. To correct subordinates in mistakes and not completing agreed actions

- Appraises work force and makes recommendations for promotion/merit increment for deserving workers

- Maintains discipline of his work force at all times.

  1. Quality management:

- Maintain all files, records and administrative work pertaining to process, equipment and personnel.

- All process records to be maintained according to ISO and HACCP, lab star specifications.

- Strictly adheres to procedures laid down in ISO/ HACCP.

- To amended all brewing documents with changes in brewing standards, improvement.

- Assists Brewers in trials, experiments, process changes in order to achieve the performance targets.

  1. TPM

- Responsible for the implementation and progress of TPM activities within working area, realisation of sustainable

savings through TPM activities.

- To audit and assist in executing the TPM activities/teams to achieve target OTIF.

- To work closely with engineering Team, technologists for break down, defect and loss analysis/deployment and follow up the corrective/ preventive/improvement actions

- Ensures cleanliness of equipment and housekeeping of department is carried out according to process manual.

- To make sure the lubrication, AM activities in brewing is carried out as plan comprehensively.

- Works closely with Engineering, Packaging, and Logistics for maintenance schedules and quality.

  1. Others:

- Achieve KPI target set by the Brewing section.

- University degree. In Sciences (Background on food processing/ Bio technology is an advantage)

Job Title: ERP Project Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

Accountable for the overall HHN project planning and progress toward agreed upon goals. This role is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and adjusting the project plan (based on the input and deliverables of team members), and ensuring the management and effectiveness of the HHN functional and technology team assigned to the programme. Other responsibilities include reporting progress, issues and risks, drive risk and issue resolution, coordinating task dependencies, and establishing milestone project goals that keep the project on time and within budget in alignment with the Central Project Manager.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Key contact for Central Transition Teams

- Coordination of all transition activities in the HHN

- Lead the assigned HHN Transition Team members (Functional Subject Matter Experts, IT, Controls and a Master Data specialist)

- In alignment with the Central Project Manager ensure HHN stakeholder alignment and updates and HHN pre-alignment of deliverables and Tollgate materials as well as defined Tollgate and Exit criteria

- Regular alignment with HHN Managing Director, HHN MT and Central Project Manager

- Prepare weekly flash reporting to HHN MT in accordance with the standard set by the Central PMO and actively participate in relevant meetings

- Credibly bring solid understanding of the Programme’s objectives and expectations to the HHN

- Responsible to ensure all deliverables for each Transition Phase from Transition preparation up to and including Stabilisation are completed on-time in-full (OTIF)

- Together with the Central Project Manager, create HHN Transition Plan and coordinate sign-off process

- Drive, monitor and ensure the closure of the gaps identified during the Sol ID phase

- Coordinate testing – End to End and User Acceptance Test (planning, organisation, test scripts)

- Coordinate training (planning, organisation, adaptation of the material)

- Ensure a proper and complete hand over to Business as Usual

- Manage HHN programme resources to assure maximum efficiency, effectiveness and resource utilization

- Recognize HHN change management issues and risks at their earliest introduction; develop recommendations and mitigating strategies

- In alignment with the HHN HR, Change and Comms responsible perform or supervise all communications reporting, including status reports and update e-mails or memos to the HHN MT or HHN key stakeholders.

- Monitor and manage open tasks and issues list

- Manage employees including recruitment (if applicable) and performance management.

  1. Innovation Development and Management (Define the business opportunities)

- Provide key category growth drivers for beer and cider in our portfolio strategy

- Show vision in leading HH’s innovation funnel

- Foresight: Informing the “where to play” decision making and strategic “how to win” mid- to long-term choices.

- Intelligence: Informing the consumer/shopper facing near-term “how to win” choices of the business entities.

- Own the innovation plan within the Portfolio strategy, collaborate with CMI manager to complete relevant portfolio research (such as BWP Next) and formulate recommendation on innovation pipeline for management decision

- Identify NPD opportunities for our brands

- Develop NPD concept at top level

- Set growth targets for HH portfolio in cooperation with marketing leadership team.

- Provide the Sr Brand Managers and Brand Managers with global insights for innovation and launch of innovations

- Lead the HH innovation Gate Process, confirming project teams and advising the project teams whilst going through the funnel (financial, viability, pricing and launch)
