1. HR Generalist (Level: Associate)

You are expected to provide day to day HR support in Hanoi Office.Key responsibilities include the implementation of approved HR plans and initiatives to improve overall organizational performance; to develop and strengthen Deloitte's position as an employer of choice.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support organization of the annual mass recruitment campaigns of the Firm including organizing career events, CV collection and screening, arranging testing/interviews
  • Support hiring process for experienced vacancies
  • Support in organizing training activities
  • Implement Compensation & Benefits programs and staff activities such as outing trip, high commitment award trip
  • Support in managing and updating for the HR communications channel such as: HR career site, HR Facebook, Instagram, HR Email Account
  • Support employee Global Mobility program where necessary
  • Provide reports per request
  • Support other HR projects as required

  Requirements:

  • At least 1 years working experience in relevant areas of HR
  • Bachelor Degree or higher qualification in related field
  • Experience with a Foreign Company within the Financial Services Industry is preferable
  • Sound understanding of current HR legislation, policies and practices in Vietnam
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Fast learner
  • An ability to successfully complete multiple projects with changing priorities
  • Can work independently to plan and meet deadlines
  • Good teamwork skills, high level of verbal and written English skills
  • Excellent command of using Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

2. Training Coordinator (Level: Senior)

Deloitte Vietnam Academy is the integrated leadership development arm of Deloitte Vietnam. We are dedicated to the mission of developing business leaders and supporting the building of organizational capabilities to develop talents in the domains of Audit and Accounting, Corporate Finance Management, Enterprise Risk and Tax, and especially in the field of Business Leadership and management. We offer a wide range of high-impact, practice-oriented open programmes and customized solutions as well as critical insights for clients who wish to master professional standards and who wish to earn excellent business achievements.

You are expected to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of training courses, events and special projects through planning, marketing and execution of logistics support for approved training activities.

Key responsibilities:

Planning and Organizing

  • Create timetable and work plans for each training event as instructed by Training Manager
  • Manage internal and external training calendar and activities
  • Store and archive training-related documents, manage training database
  • Manage and update electronic curriculum library
  • Support with functional and firm-wide LNA initiatives
  • Invite participants and track RSVP
  • Summarize training evaluation reports and support with follow-up actions
  • Prepare Training Centre quarterly and annual reports

Marketing

  • Provide support in researching clients’ training/consulting demands
  • Answer outside communications such as phone calls and emails. This includes on-going communications and project-based communications, i.e. from training participants, facilitators and clients
  • Network in local business community to promote Deloitte Academy’s services
  • Support training manager to collaborate with Deloitte community to promote training, workshop activities.
  • Support the design of brochure, presentations, invitation letters, newsletters, training materials and publication printing for review and approval
  • Prepare draft bid documents for training/consulting courses in accordance with clients’ request

Training Administration and Logistics Support

  • Complete event planning, management and execution of logistics for all training activities in the Centre
  • Prepare training materials and supplies including participant binders and handouts, name tags, table tents, signage, etc.
  • Provide onsite support staffing at training events
  • Manage catering for all events including managing vendors and staying with pre-set budget for each events
  • Oversee attendance records and issuance of certificates/statements of attendance to participants

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalence
  • Good command of English
  • At least 3 years’ relevant working experience
  • Ability to cope with a fast-growing and dynamic environment
  • Required Skills and attributes: analytical mindset, planning and organizing, project management, presentation, communicative, meticulous, independent, stress resistant, result-oriented.
