We are seeking a sharp, personable, highly-organised candidates for 2 positions to support the operations team as we continue to grow our presence. This is an opportunity to work with a stellar operations team on the daily functions that are at the core of Uber.

1. ONBOARDING SPECIALIST (Full time & Part time)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Help with onboarding drivers onto the Uber system;
  • Review, maintain and organize driver documentation;
  • Find resolutions to driver issues and questions;
  • Respond to support issues both in-person and online promptly;
  • Work closely with the driver operations and community operations teams to streamline process.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Ability to work with daily operations independently;
  • SUPER detail oriented - zero-tolerance for error;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external partners;
  • Superior organizational skills and great follow through on tasks;
  • Positive attitude, team oriented, and a self-starter;
  • An interest in and passion for Uber.

2. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INTERN

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  •  Keeping in contact with the client at all stages of the product
  • Present products to prospective clients and to “win” new business
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation ofthe company’s reputation
  • Keep records of sales and data
  •  Following up new local business partnership opportunities and setting up meetings

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Strong communication skills
  • Be patient, detail-oriented
  • Customer obsession
  • Positive attitude, team oriented, and a self-starter;
  • An interest in and passion for Uber.
