UNICEF Viet Nam is looking for a qualified national candidate for the post of Senior Executive Assistant to the Representative, GS-6, Ha Noi, Viet Nam (for Vietnamese nationals only).

This position will be effective as of 01 January 2017.

Recruitment Qualifications:

Education:

Completion of Secondary School Education supplemented by training on University courses in Business Administration or Office Management.

Experience:

Minimum 6 years of experience progressively responsible of high level Executive Assistant and administrative work, preferably with an international organization, providing support to the Head of Office.

6 years of office support with experience, including organizing, and supervising the whole range of office support and administrative activities.

Experience in providing interpretation and translation support to the Head of office.

Language Requirements:

Fluency in spoken and written English. Very good knowledge of local working language of the duty station.
