VeXeRe is looking for one Marketing Executive and one intern to assist in Hanoi Office to oversee the marketing strategy. While working here, you will have the opportunity to involve in a project that will solve the problems of millions Vietnamese are facing.

Marketing Executive have main important objectives, to accelerate revenue of bus tickets for different routes, and enhance VeXeRe branding in the market.

 

1. MARKETING EXECUTIVE

 

Job description

• Design and implement strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
• Track conversion rates and make improvements to the website.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Utilize a range of techniques including SEO, Facebook, G+, Email Marketing,....
• Response for planning and budgetary control of both online and offline marketing
• Research customer behaviors, market conditions and competitors.
• Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in marketing especially online channels.
• Recruit and train new staffs

Requirements

• Graduated from any University/ College majored in Marketing or business fields
• Experience in E-commerce (optional), SEO, Adwords, marketing, and social media
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels is a plus
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments is a plus
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Webmaster)
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Great passion for marketing and VeXeRe's mission

2. MARKETING INTERN

 

Primary Responsibilities

• Identify all local influence centers (Bus station, Ticket Officer, Park) to determine referral sources
• Assist with business development per blueprint and marketing strategy
• May assist with performing client assessment
• Assist with customizing and then disseminating press releases
• Attend trade shows, conferences, networking events representing VeXeRe services. Network with others in the industry to develop new business opportunities.
• Assist in coordinating various marketing methods including, direct mail, print ads, networking, internet, social media, and develop new methods of marketing.
• Assist with managing a (CRM) Customer Relationship Management System
• Report to: Marketing Executive

 

Qualifications

• Must have good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and follow- up skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
• Ability to learn other software programs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

​Working time: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday, and 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturday
