Mô Tả Công Việc

Custom clearance for Import shipment:

• Receive shipping document (Invoice, PL, B/L) from PUR or direct from supplier,
• Make Sale Contract for custom clearance
• Other DOCs for customs clearance
• Send all above documents to Logistic Company for doing customs
• And follow-up with Forwarder Agent (local agent) till the goods reach to VSIP
• Record PO and report in SAP system

Custom clearance for export shipment:

• Follow up the PO with customer,
• Get container and arrange loading,
• Make the packing list and send to Logistic Company for custom clearance
• Buy Insurance, Make the B/L,
• Apply the C/O,
• Send all above documents to Customer
• Record PO and report in SAP system

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• College or University Degree in BA, External Economic or relevant majors
• Min 1-year experience on import and export
• Understanding on shipment, documents, Incoterm …
• Honest, agile, good communication, enthusiastic
• Customer-service oriented
• Good communication in English (speaking/writing)
• Willing to learn and can-do attitude
• Proficiency in Word, Power Point, Excel
