Working with local partners and corporations, we’ll execute an Elite Conference in at least three major cities in Vietnam: Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh city.​​

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Devising concepts for HATCH! parties, including but not limited to Opening/Closing ceremonies & After Parties

- Managing logistics for parties, including but not limited to: music, DJ, live performers, venue, food & beverages, lighting

- Managing party teams

- Ensuring a great and unique experience to all of the guests coming to the parties

- Working with different partners to successfully organize the party

2/ Design Coorndinator

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Working with team, briefing and advising them with regard to design style, format, print production and timescales

- Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites

- Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size

preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief

- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required

- Liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.

- You will be responsible for organizing National Startup Competition relating to HATCH! FAIR 2017

- Creating plan and KPIs

- Seeking for and coordinate potential partnership opportunities in order to enhance the competition

- Managing events, activities, promotion campaigns relating to the competition (recruitment, competition day, press conference,...)

- Keep track and generate project report to director, partners & sponsors

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.

- Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.

- Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns

- Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.

- Managing the redesign of the company website.

- Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website

- Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.

- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
