1. Mô tả công việc

Export

• Contact customers to secure shipping orders as an inside salesperson.
• Ensure that all documentation meets export regulations
• Arrange details of shipments with forwarders, carriers as necessary for exports
• Prepare complete set of documents pertaining to export shipping documentation.
• Report to Office Manager as required.
• Candidates will be worked in the friendly, professional environment, good salary and bonus, have chances working overseas.

Import

• Received Pre-alert from Agent/customer service, check document, submit manifest, follow up the shipment, send Arrival notice, release D/O to customer.
• Update shipment status for customers, sales department, and overseas agents.
• Resolve customers’ and agents’ claims relating to documents.
• Filing documents properly as per company’s procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Logistics

• Plan customs clearance & delivery.
• Monitor customs clearance & delivery and promptly deal with any problems arising.
• Return documents to customers in time.
• Regularly update legal documents related to import/export and customs clearance.

3. Yêu cầu công việc

• Graduate from college / university, majoring in foreign trade, economics.
• Having at least 1 year of experience in logistics in with the same position.
• English: Intermediate
• Computer skills: good.
• Good temper, great listener, good sense of service and responsibility, sharp-witted, pleasant, sociable, honest, teamworking.
