JOB DESCRIPTION

Key responsibilities: a. Prepare lessons

  • Plan, organize and implement a range of training activities.
  • Search for the external training vendors or trainers in order to deliver adequate, effective training programs and courses.

b. Organize training courses

  • Facilitate training sessions by leading group discussion or role-playing activities; assist foreign trainers if needed.
  • Make announcement and send invitation letter to employees.
  • Train new hires and conduct orientation sessions to assess level of skills.

c. Development E-learning System

  • Responsible for development E-learning system.
  • Planing content E-learning lesson.
  • Using software design to create E-learning system.

d. Rules and Regulations

  • Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.
  • Check, monitor, remind and guide subordinates to follow the rules and regulations.

e. Other duties

  •  Cooperate with training team to inovation E-learning project.
  •  Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by HR Manager and Training Executive.

Job Requirements: Qualifications & Experience:

  • University degree.
  • Minimum 01 year of training experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:

  •  Good knowledge of spoken and written English.
  •  Computer literate: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.
  •  Good Photoshop, After Effect, Design Website, Film.
  •  Strong communication skills, especially public speaking and presentation.
  •  Willing to learn.
  •  Strong time management and teamwork skills.
  •  Have a polite, tactful and friendly attitude.

JOB DESCRIPTION

a. Training activities

  • Be in charge of new staff  orientation program.
  • Train promoters on Store rules.
  • Receive training request from Line Manager(s) and work with them to develop materials for training.

b. Recruitment activities (for General Staff & Part Time positions)

  • Search, screen and select CVs, contact candidates for interview.
  • Attend interview with Line Manager(s).
  • Inform recruitment results to C&B team for offer.

c. Payroll management

  • Process employee Time & Attendance data from the SAP system to payroll and reconcile variances utilizing tools in the system.
  • Check records of employees' working hours on SAP system, review them for accuracy, and verify attendance and hours worked.
  • Check annual leave, day off in lieu, overtime data.
  • Check payroll full time and part time.

d. PIT & Dependent Registration

  • Register for the issuance of PIT code for all employees.
  • Register PIT dependant for employee.
  • Check PIT code for all employees.

e. Others:

  • Follow and collect unknown working report all store.
  • Check claims for social insurance benefits for employees (sick leave, maternity leave, etc).
  • Contact Social Insurance Agency on providing social insurance book and health care card for employees as per regulations.
  • Complete the transferring procedure of Social Insurance Book for leaving staffs.
  • Fix incident ticket for payroll issue in SAP system.

Job  Requirements:

  • University/College degree, minimum 01 - 02 years of related experience in HR.
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Good communication and problem solving skill.
  • Customer focused.
  • Self-disciplined with ability to work independently.
  • Good command of English (verbal and written) is a plus.

Other requirements:

  • Be able to work at shift & on Public holidays.
  • Have ability to relocate to other Stores as per Company’s assignment is a plus.
