Position Announcement: INTERN

Location: Ha Noi : 2 - HCMC : 2

Immediate Supervisor: Educational Services Manager and Office Manager

Capstone Vietnam, a professional and friendly working organization, is seeking candidates for the position of interns. Successful candidates are expected to start immediately (minimum of 6-month contract).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as a receptionist
• Support the Educational Services Department with relevant tasks (mainly related to information  collection, database maintenance, website and social media site related tasks, translation etc.)
• Support other staff with relevant tasks and projects, when necessary

REQUIREMENTS

• English proficiency
• Design & Photography skills are preferred (basic knowledge of Abode Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator etc.)
• Social networks’ familiarity (including Facebook, forum etc.)
• Telesale basic
• Well-organized and patient
• Minimum of 6 months in duty
• Minimum of 20 working hours a week (morning and/or afternoon shift are allowed)
