1. HR Coordinator

Employee Documentation

  • Ensure all contractor profiles are sufficient and stored properly in both hard-copies and soft-copies, following company’s standard.
  • Set up and maintain staff's personnel file in FA's system
  • Prepare offer letter, labor contract, termination decision

Time-keeping and Leave Management

  • Set figure print and administer the attendance
  • Update monthly timesheets and leaves taking
  • Calculate leave balance and keep all employee abreast of outstanding/balance leaves if any

Data input, Record and Report

  • Responsible for the input and update on Payroll data provided by HR Solutions Team, ensure data is recorded correctly and accurately
  • Record/maintain employee information, compensation structure, job evaluation, status
  • Prepare accreditation report on monthly basis

On-board/ Off-board Process:

  • Manage new hire communication and new hire on-boarding process
  • Conduct reference, background check
  • Follow-up with probationary review for new employees
  • Managing employee orientation, employee welfare and benefits, relations and discipline matters

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Ability to work co- operatively with others, as supposed to working separately and competitively.
  • Ability to set goals and priorities.
  • Ability to express ideas effectively (through al communication: verbal, non- verbal) in individuals and group situations.
  • Ability to address problem and provide solution.
  • Ability to go beyond routine or required questions to solve issues or identify opportunities, driven by curiosity and desire to know more about things, people, and situations.
  • Microsoft Office and English proficiency
  • Minimum one year of experience in service industry.
  • Basic knowledge of C&B as part of HR

2. Marketing and Sales Assistant

  • Assistance and guidance during the pre sales process
  • Conduct marketing activities
  • Provides marketing tracking and research information
  • Translate and interprete documents and meetings when required
  • Business Development in providing internet, telecommunications services and ICT Business.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Male or female, from 23 to 35 years old.
  • Language Skills required: English (Mandatory), Korean (If possible). It will be better to have experience of English Translator.
  • University degree in International Business Economics, International Business, Foreign Language, IT or Telecommunications is preferred.
  • It will be better to have prior experience of working with either a Telecom Service Provider/ Telecom Equipment Company/IT Company/System Integration company addressing the Telecom Service Provider Market in a Pre-Sales/ Sales Engineering/Post Sales role.
  • Able to assess and identify customer objectives and build upon these with winning customer centric solutions and sales themes
  • Have great skills at communicating, negotiating and solving problem with foreign customers, Vietnamese Telcos and Vietnamese government.
  • Good-looking, good communication, good negotiation and presentation skills.
