Mô tả Công việc

• Recruitment support: post job, screen CV, liaise with candidates for interview schedule, arrange new employee profile.
• Support in preparation documents for Orientation.
• Filing personnel records
• Prepare and submit documents at local authority office: Social insurance, Immigration department
• Support HR team in preparing documents for Inspectors
• Assist in Time-keeping check, summarize night shifts, parking fees or other arising cases.
• Assist C&B to apply for Social insurance, PIT, family deduction
• Support in organizing HR or Office events.
• Other support for HR Team

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Enthusiastic, hard working
• Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email.
• University degree (preferable)

Công tác hành chính:

• Hỗ trợ trợ lí giám đốc marketing việc trình ký giấy tờ (đề xuất, tạm ứng, thanh toán, hoàn ứng…)
• Hỗ trợ theo dõi một số form mẫu như thanh toán taxi, order văn phòng phẩm…
• Hỗ trợ team digital marketing trong việc thu thập dữ liệu khách hàng, trả lời khách hàng online
• Hỗ trợ chạy events và các chương trình marketing promotion
• Một số công việc khác dưới sự giám sát của trợ lí giám đốc marketing

Quyền lợi:

• Lương cứng 2 triệu/ tháng
• Phụ cấp ăn trưa: 35.000/bữa
