The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:

1. Sales Support /Dealer Support (40%)

• Record and follow up PO, price and project with sales and dealer. Follow up and coordinate shipment to VN with dealer
• Update backlog and delivery to dealer; Update and send follow up PO/Sales result and shipment from Dealer to upper management; Check stock for dealer…
• Prepare Contract with ditsy, credit follow up, payment follow up
• Inquiry for warranty, catalog, sample from Dealer and sales engineer

2. Marketing Support (40%)

• Working with sales engineer to Update and build up customer database
• Searching for new potential customer based on assignment, doing cold call to potential customer to collect information based on assignment
• Support for online marketing
• Coordinate with sales engineer to prepare Flyer for target product, Support and prepare for catalog printing and for all event and product seminar preparation

3. Office Job (20%)

• Supporting for all E-WORK tasks (Raise electronic internal approval, Prepare contract, do payment voucher …..
• Support for all office jobs such as purchasing (stationary, asset, name card ….), sample management, catalog management, car rental ….

* REQUIREMENTS:

• College Or University degree from Electrical /Business Field
• Having at least 1-2 years experience in sales or marketing assistant
• Preferred under 30-year-old Fe-Male candidates, English Communication required
• Must be independent and long commitment is preferred
• Good at computer skill (Office, Oracle.) and making report skill
