Bạn Sẽ Làm Gì

  • Responsible for coding, debugging, testing and documenting application software programs
  • Provide development, coding and enhancement of current and new Product Development
  • Implementing and manage application requirements
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and act as level 3 support
  • This position is 6-month Contract and can be extended based on performance

  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT or relevant background

2/ [HCM] Warehouse System Control

* Manage and control the ERP system for Warehouse module of Oracle and WMS system:

* Oracle system :

  • Follow the B.O.M
  • Do GIT (Good In Transit) for local suppliers
  • Do receiving for Import and local
  • Do receiving for: Material Surplus, Sample, spare parts, FOC…
  • Issue for other departments (Engineering, Purchase, Manufactory…)
  • Issue for disposal, adjustment…
  • Make a shipment for Local Finished Good Tivi
  • Print out all of input sheet (import & local) => send to Accounting for payment.
  • Print out all of output sheet => send to Accounting for keeping.
  • Print out the invoice for warehouse member do incoming check: quantity, part name.

* WMS system :

  • Do receiving for: Material Surplus, sample, spare parts, FOC…
  • Transfer the material to Manufactory follow the production plan.
  • Transfer the damaged material to QA.
  • Transfer the loss material to Manufactory
  • Issue for other departments (Engineering, Purchase, Manufactory…)
  • Issue for disposal, adjustment…
  • Transfer the finished Tivi to Logitem warehouse.
  • Check the B.O.M

* Other

  • Daily follow up materials shortage for production plan with related departments.
  • Daily follow up materials inventory in warehouse and production line.
  • Weekly follow up materials inventory in warehouse and production line.
  • Monthly check and do the inventory report.

The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:

  1. Sales duty
  • Keeping closing communication with customers to build good relationship;
  • Promptly updating to customers about new information on product, price, policy…;
  • Taking responsibility to achieve sales and collection target by monthly, quarterly, yearly;
  • Taking care the display at shop-front to make sure that the product will be displayed in proper way;
  • Coordinate with other members to manage PG and caravan in assign areas.

  • Coordinating with customers to control the PSI as approval;
