Job Description: 

• Create visual for company’s internal communication materials, including: printed coms (standee, banner), bi-weekly newsletter, leadership message, organizational announcement, employee stories, etc.
• Produce videos, from planning, drafting storyline to shooting & editing
• Manage company’s stock of images/ visuals/ photos & support stakeholders as per request
• Support in designing communications materials for site-wide events when needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Art Design, Communication, Journalism majors are preferred
• Passionate about creative area; develop/ apply new concepts
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team to achieve high quality results
• Demonstrate strong graphic design/ video production experience with proven portfolio
• Proficient in using design/ video editing software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effect)
• Ability to visualize from original content to design concept, and present idea
• Have “can-do” attitude, be able to work under pressure & time constraint
• Pay attention to details
• Fluent in English & Vietnamese communication
