PwC is seeking current students interested in full-time, 3-month, and internship opportunities in the cyber security field

Requirements:

• Working towards a Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution, or a master’s degree
• Academic background in information security/risk analysis, incident response, computer science, computer engineering or a similar major with extensive computer-based or technical content
• A great attitude and hunger for learning
• Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Knowledge and understanding of common information/cyber security technologies (e.g. Firewalls, NIDS/HIDS, Web Proxies, Vulnerability Scanners)
• Understanding of common ports and protocols. Experience using programming languages (e.g. Python, C, C++, x86 assembly, etc.)
• Familiarity with network packet capture solutions

Responsibilities:

• Information Assurance – Certification & Accreditation, Policy implementation, and Compliance
• Network Security – penetration-testing, vulnerability assessments, and computer forensics
• Malware Analysis – disassemble and debug malicious software, dynamic analysis via virtual machine technology, programming with C/C++/Java/IA32Asm/C#/PERL/Python
