1. Account Receivable – 1 position (Head office - 72 Le Thanh Ton, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City)

Job requirements:

  • Possess Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • From 0 to 2 year experiences with accounting
  • Internship experience with big firm or accounting firm
  • Time management, efficiency & effectiveness communication  
  • Good problem solving skills (supplier/ operator communication, dealing with bank for payable issue)
  • Good English communication skill (both verbal & written)
  • Carefulness, honest & compliance

Job description:

  • Manage & follow account receivable per Finance and accounting standard & KPI (key performance indicators).
  • Perform Debtor creating and linking per guidelines.
  • Follow credit customers list to update, renew timely and correctly.
  • Sending SOA to client per guidelines. Contact and solve disputes/issues internally and externally.
  • Communicate with customers/operators/sales for related account receivable matters efficiently.  
  • Working with SSC (Service Center) team to ensure cash allocation timely & properly.
  • Regular update of received payment list
  • Following AR aging to make sure all credit notes, over-collection, short-collection items must be cleaned up, input memo per guidelines.
  • Storage document per guidelines.
  • Catch up all new requirement technique of ACON upgrade for account receivable area.
  • Other tasks at management discretion

2. Data Entry

Location: CFS warehouse SOLOG (5 Truong Van Hai, Long Binh Tan, Bien Hoa, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam)

Job requirements:

  • Possess College or Bachelor degree
  • Fresh graduates who willing to learn and adapt to new environment, prefer 1 or 2 years experience in 3PL industry
  • Good knowledge in Supply Chain Management in 3PL, priority for forklift driving license
  • Good interpersonal and Fair English communication skill (both verbal & written)

Job description:

  • Input data accuracy and well update in system.
  • Assure the matching between system and physical inventories.
  • Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurately.
  • Supervise and coordinate unloading of inbound shipments.
  • Prepare related documents for shipment/order.
  • Verify required inbound/outbound paperwork with drivers, ensuring that all products are properly counted.
  • Ensure that work schedule is correctly implemented and that jobs are effectively assigned and properly completed.
  • Maintain good relationship with customers and subcontractors.
  • Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area.
  • Assist in maintaining the security of warehouse.
  • Conduct operation in line with SOPs, working instruction.
  • Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.
  • Conduct operations in accordance with OSHA and MSDS standards.
  • Maintain teamwork, productive working environment.
  • Seek and assist in process improvement and operation cost saving.
  • Assist warehouse supervisor and warehouse manager in other tasks to achieve excellent operation.

3. Admin Executive

Location: CFS warehouse SOLOG (5 Truong Van Hai, Long Binh Tan, Bien Hoa, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam)

Job requirements:

  • College or Bachelor degree in any field
  • At least 2 years experience in similar positions
  • Having basic knowledge in Admin and Computer skill.
  • Good command in English.
  • Willing to work overtime if necessary.
  • Good analysis, judgment and problem solving skills (Admin related issues and reporting).
  • Customer orientation and high teamwork spirit.

Job description:

  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately; notify company personnel of visitor arrival; maintain security and telecommunication system.
  • Answer & handle the call from customer professionally.
  • Greeting & welcome visiting guest to company friendly.
  • Maintain the security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges
  • Ensure the hygiene & tidy & safety at front desk office.
  • Handle administrative tasks.

4. Airfreight Import Executive (Head Office)

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 years experience in freight forwarding, preferably in airfreight
  • Basic knowledge about international freight forwarding
  • Very good both in English and Vietnamese language skills - spoken and written.
  • Teamwork, managing Performance, Analysis & Judgment, Customer Orientation.

Job Descriptions:

  • Handle import shipments to Vietnam according to all given requirements and rules & regulations externally as well as internally.
  • Keeping close contact with customers for shipment status updating & problem solving
  • Answering overseas inquiries and daily correspondences for shipment status and solutions
  • Follow SOP requirements
  • Arrange import customs clearance
  • Work closely with local agents, brokers for proper cargo operation
  • FSL checking and accrue job cost in ACON
  • Prepare shipping reports for dedicated customer as per the agreed format
  • Solve any problems in regards to import customs clearance with the customer and our agent
  • Communicate any flight delays to the customer
