Responsibilities:

• Aid in streamlining the various processes and documentations.
• Support HRBP on local HR campaigns: learning, development conference, people review, performance management
• Reporting and support on day-to-day HR activities like recruitment, absenteeism management, mobility, KPI, succession planning etc.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Be able to manage several stakeholders and are customer and solution oriented.
• Be able to work proactively, with autonomy.
• Have a good level on Excel and are keen to work on IT tools.
• Having a first HR experience could be an advantage.
• This position requires a negotiation level in English.

2. Product Solutions Intern

Location: Saigon Trade Center, District 1, HCM city

Allowance: around 4mil VND, negotiable

Job descriptions as follows:

1. Work with B&C team to develop highly responsive and engaging customers' communications. This includes product name, key visual, media concept for new products and packages.

2. Develop product marketing materials including brochures, leaflets, quotation formats and other product communication related materials in a way that company products are well perceived by internal and external customers.

3. Support new product training to trainers/sales managers and product launching to the market and agency force.

4. Develop product related sales tools such as sales presenting materials, Group Presentation slides etc.

5. Consolidate budget of projects assigned, follow up with other departments to fulfill jobs as targeted plan.
