Saint Honoré is a French restaurant chain with many shops and restaurants all over in Vietnam. We are now opening a vacancy for a position of Purchasing and inventory management for our restaurant.
This position is challenging, very flexible and highly independent. We prefer fresh-graduate students who highly willing to learn, responsible and can manage their-selves to be able to finish the job. If you are consistent, responsible at work and willing to learn, you might found you are suitable with us.

The Job description is bellow:

1- Purchasing:

  • Purchasing orders: Planning, implementing and handling all the purchasing orders from other departments. Recording and controlling the purchasing process effectively and fully informative.
  • Supplier’s control: Manage and update data about suppliers in terms of price, quality, and detail contact information. Collect data of other suppliers to be able to compare the price, quality to give the best choice for our materials and products.
  • Receive materials from suppliers: Checking all items on the quantity, quality and the validation supporting documents from deliveries. Tracking the payment information before transferring to payment accountant.

2- Inventory Control

  • Control in-out and balance of inventory: plan to record, control and implement the appropriate documents for all in-out inventory transaction between our departments as well as from outside; Control the stock-take process at the end of the month of all departments.
  • Control the inventory transactions: Arrange warehouse and manage daily transactions of inventory in a suitable order and timetable, together with control the compliance in process of other departments. Ensure the inventory process was perform comply with our procedures.
  • Inventory report: Record and summary, compare in-out and balance information of all items, compare with the actual stock-take monthly and give explanation for all differences (if any).
  • Other assigned jobs from chief accountant and Board of Director.
