Job Title: Business Development Executive

Department: Central Management

Reports to: BD Associate Director/ Branch Director

Position Overview: The BD Executive assist the BD Associate Director to developing new business with targeted customer prospects and work closely with Director and other Department Heads for any biding to ensure that our bid responses are compelling, fresh and relevant.

The BD Executive will also play a role in giving recommendations to AD in the devising and implementing of new business plan including communication plans, channels to market, seeking out large projects and contract customers

Specific duties on sales

  • Be responsible for the creation and maintenance of a sustainable business development pipeline for Savills Hanoi.
  • Identify the new opportunities and give recommendations to AD
  • Work alongside the AD to implement a coherent business development plan, which includes but is not limited to: prospecting, opportunity generation, networking, new customer visits, presentations and follow-up through to bid response and conclusion.
  • Work closely with CC/Marketing team for all plan & execute promotional activities and corporate presentations
  • Build the Client relationship, briefing them about the company’s various projects along with arrangement of site visits (if needed)
  • Ensure all database well maintained and updated.
  • Do the site inspections if requires
  • Assist the AD in drafting proposals, presentations, translations and other admin work if requires.

PROFILE

Education: A bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration and marketing

PC skill: Good computer skill (word, excel, access, power-point, adobe)

Experience: minimum of 2 years work experience

Age band:: 25-32

Job Title: Training Coordinator

Department: Central Management

Reports to: Hanoi Director/ HR Manager

The Training Coordinator is responsible for the design, development, implementation, coordination, and facilitation of company training and development programs.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Schedules and coordinates all classroom training with Senior Managers and Dept. Heads – schedules location, date/time, materials, and attendance.
  • Develops, coordinates, schedules and maintains all training courses and programs
  • Collects, compiles and reports results of evaluation, attendance and training data.
  • Communicates data and reports as needed.
  • Prepares and documents procedures for employees and management who are appointed for training.
  • Maintains management training tracking process, enters data, tracks completion and processes communication and certification to recipients.
  • Assess instructional effectiveness and summaries evaluation reports determining the impact of training on employee skills and how it affects KPIs
  • Develops, implements, administers and maintains a Training Management System
  • Manages training materials stipulated by regulations.
  • Researches training suppliers and materials as needed – including details, cost comparison, and timelines.
  • Provide train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts
  • Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
  • Performs other related duties as assigned. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Leadership skills to effectively direct employees while in a training class environment
  • Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation
  • Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
  • Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods and techniques
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary to produce and deliver quality training programs
  • Knowledge of Windows, Power Point, Word and Excel or similar programs required Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
  • Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of employees
  • High-level of effective interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal plus organization and presentation skills
  • BS degree in Education, Training, HR or related field
