ShareCarForAds, a transit-advertising product, is looking a full-time Operation Admin.

Why? We are on the mission of revolutionizing out-of-home advertising, being the first-ever OOH supplier that offers tracking and measuring schemes. Below are the details:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Maintaining relationships with old suppliers and seeking for new contacts;
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms
• Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.
• Handling unwanted situations and putting them under control;
• Working with large volume of invoices and contracts.
• Collaborating with other departments, such as procurement, engineering, and quality assurance, to identify or qualify new suppliers.
• Monthly checking and analyzing and making reports about monthly supplier performance;

PREFERABLE SKILLS:

• A can-do attitude, never say 'never'
• Integrity & Transparency are top requirements
• Strong leadership skills; ability to work with suppliers to meet company objectives
• Excellent analysis, problem-solving, organization and negotiation skills
• Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain business relationships
• Having good communication skill will be a highlight
