What you will be doing:

• Optimize online marketing campaigns by developing A/B tests and prove them out through data
• Analyze performance by customer cohort and optimize strategy, targeting and messaging accordingly
• Build and manage channel-specific dashboards to show progress over time
• Make recommendations on new traction channels to test
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and feature releases
• Develop, manage, launch, and measure email campaigns
• Collect input from the market and customers to inform our product roadmap
• Measure and optimize conversion funnels to drive growth

Requirements:

• 2+ years overall work experience
• Full-funnel A/B testing and optimization experience, from ads to landing pages to user onboarding flow to email remarketing
• Experience implementing and tracking dynamic retargeting programs
• Skilled at SEO and top paid channels (ex: AdWords, Twitter, Facebook)
• Savvy with third party analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Convertro, KISSmetrics, Mixpanel, etc.)
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Ability to think and communicate strategically with a variety of audiences, both technical and non-technical
• Experience with global market is a major bonus
