Business Growth Trainee

Bạn có mong muốn được trải nghiệm nhiều phòng ban, nhiều bộ phận khác nhau trong một công ty, nhưng vẫn muốn tự do trong việc đề xuất và thực hiện ý tưởng, không muốn cứng nhắc theo những quy trình sẵn có. Nếu bạn có hứng thú trong lĩnh vưc kinh doanh, muốn có được thử thách nhiều và đa dạng, muốn học hỏi không ngừng nghỉ để không phí hoài tuổi trẻ thì kéo xuống dưới đọc ngấu nghiến và ứng tuyển ngay nào.

This 8+ months trainee program is designed to prepare Meete's Business Growth by giving you challenging roles that prepare you for being an executive in the business field. The Program encompasses rotations within and across functions in an accelerated learning environment. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to participate in Meete's major projects throughout the year at branches across the country and short projects in Indonesia /Thailand.

Detailed information

• Phase 1 - 8 months in Ho Chi Minh/Hanoi to experience EVERYTHING about business - Business Development, Support, Marketing, Account, Product... You will be fully immerged into each area, each period.
• Phase 2 - 2 months in Danang (optional)
• Phase 3 - 6 months in Indonesia/ Thailand (projection). Let's make this happen together *you will not learn about accounting and finance*

Requirements

• Good using & understanding English
• Can do attitude
• Flexible and adaptable in fast-changing environment
• Willing to learn
• Tech-savvy is a plus

You will be fully funded during time being in this training

• Transportation: 2 ways air tickets to HCMC/Hanoi (if you are not already in HCMC/HN).

• Food: lunch & dinner. Not like the ones you see in Google but we always try to get the nutrition right.
• Salary: 4.5-8mil VND/month
