Structured Business Group is looking for candidates for the Business Analyst position who has strong background in Human Resources/ Operations/ Business Processes Management to join our Consulting team. This is an opportunity for someone who is currently looking to take a step up to management consultancy path with different view.

This position requires:

• 2-3 year professional experience in HR/ Operations/ Business Processes Management
• MBA or MSc in Management / Business Analytics viewed preferable
• High working proficiency in both Vietnamese and English
• Advanced data analysis and project management skill
• Self-driven and ability to work well independently as well as in a team

A Business Analyst will directly report to the Consulting principal/ Project Manager and will be expected to work on one to two client projects from day one. Typical project work includes:

• Collect an enormous amount of information from a variety of sources
• Validate, sanitize and structure the data in preparation for analysis. This step includes verifying, cleaning redundancies, identifying and correcting errors, structuring unstructured data,
• Analyze the data using a variety of methods to extract findings. 
• Package the findings in communicable and easily understandable units. These include graphs, charts, presentations, papers, etc.
• Communicate the findings to the right people at the right time. Communication ranges from emails and internal briefings to client meetings and presentations.
• Develop and update charters, work breakdown structures and project timelines
• Assist in client engagement process: sales, making proposals, negotiation
