Grab (formerly known as GrabTaxi) is an online transportation network and technology company that offers wide range of ride-sharing and logistics services through its app in Southeast Asia, specifically in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesiaand the Philippines.   Support team related tasks: ● Schedule interviews and advise candidates on the selection process ● Liaise with recruiters and hiring managers to improve recruiting efficiency ● Update and maintain data on dashboards and Applicant Tracking System ● Support team in other areas including but not limited to on-boarding, organizing team events, and other ad hoc projects ● Scheduling meetings / interviews ● Room booking ● Travel coordination ● Expense claims   Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of work experience
• Background in Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Business Development, Management Consulting or Sales
• Good writing and fluently speaking English
• Proactive, energetic, fast pace, careful.
