In VSHR, we are working to develop capabilities to help Vietnamese people over scale, solve the society’s health related concern in sustainable way, develop a health framework for low income people.

Our Open positions:

1. Support Program Lead:

We 're finding a talent candidate to:

• Maintain 3-5 meetings on a weekly basis with external partners/sponsors, and once a week with Head of VSHR, departmental leaders, and/or other team leaders.
• Follow up the Head of organization and departmental leader guidance in certain work/activities.
• Suggest recommendations to improve the overall plan.
• Provide training to new members.
• Support other departments in budgeting progress.
• Responsible to directly report to Head of VSHR and Departmental leader all workflow progress and outcomes.

Requirement:

• Had training and facilitation skills
• Prefer graduate from College/University and have experience in community development or with NGO.

2. Partnership/Sponsorship Consultant:

We're finding a talent candidate who:

• Keep track of CRM database.
• Research and develop CR database (find network contacts, do the email proposal, prepare for the contents on each mail, support Marketing department to do the brochure of each health festival)
• Support other departments in budgeting progress.

Requirement:

• Have email/letters writing skills.
• Preference for experience of graphic design, photoshop.
• Preference for experience of managing project budgets/finance.

3. Partnership /Sponsorship Officer:

We're finding a talent candidate to:

• Responsible for all file records, directly report to Head of VSHR and / or departmental leader.
• Research and develop CR database (consists of all tentative partners/sponsors).
• Support other departments in budgeting progress.

Requirement:

• Have computer skills in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and email;
• Preference for experience of managing project budgets/finance
• Work in a team environment with  great diversity.
