 - HR Administration tasks:

• New comers support: prepare newcomer documentation pack, declaration signed off, finger print registration, meal coupon check.
• Monthly time attendance audit to support C&B team to find out areas for process improvement for all production sites.
• Stationery ordering for HR team

- Recruitment support

• Candidate database refreshment and update.
• Support to arrange interview schedule
• Post job on social pages: Facebook, LinkedIn
• Connecting candidates on LinkedIn.
• Making vacancies announcement follow B. Braun templaTraining support

- Training record update. 

• Support in training class facility arrangement
