Job Description:

  • Organize and booking company events, like meetings, travels, etc.
  • Facility management like ordering/ posting, sending samples/ goods.
  • Documents organizing, photocopying, printing and storing paperwork, documents, could be on behalf of other colleagues or for administrative purposes.
  • Managing and maintaining budgets, as well as invoicing of the company.
  • Maintaining an organized working environment.
  •  All supporting administration activities within Daktra Lmited

Requirement:

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skill
  • Able to multi-­‐task in a fast-­‐paced environment.
  • Reliable, honest, able to work independently and as a team.
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Working Place: 4th floor, Mai Hong Que building 85 Nguyen Huu Cau, Tan Dinh ward District 1, HCMC

Working Time: 8AM – 5PM from Monday to Friday

 Salary: negociate
