What you will do: Reporting to the CS Leader / Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls, and tickets without compromising on service standards
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve + excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle disputes, complaints and provide appropriate, timely and realistic solutions within the time limits
- Keep records of customer interactions and do reporting to supervisor
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Two shifts: 1) 8am - 4pm 2) 12pm - 8pm
Salary range: 5 mil
What you will need:
- At least 1 year of experience with logistics industry
- Customer-first attitude and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as a team
- Good level of computer literacy
- Ability to adapt, prioritize and thrive in a fast moving environment
- Prior experience with a start-up, customer service, English language will be a huge plus
