What you will do: Reporting to the CS Leader / Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls, and tickets without compromising on service standards
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve + excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle disputes, complaints and provide appropriate, timely and realistic solutions within the time limits
  • Keep records of customer interactions and do reporting to supervisor
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies 

Two shifts: 1) 8am - 4pm 2) 12pm - 8pm

Salary range: 5 mil

What you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience with logistics industry
  • Customer-first attitude and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as a team
  • Good level of computer literacy
  • Ability to adapt, prioritize and thrive in a fast moving environment
  • Prior experience with a start-up, customer service, English language will be a huge plus
