Accountant

Responsibilities

• Develops system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts
• Defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.
• Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
• Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.
• Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.
• Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
• Maintains historical records by filing documents.
• Prepares financial reports (export from system)
• Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Reviews periodic accounts and supports accounting related issues of other offices.
• Other tasks assigned by Financial Controller

Skills & Competencies Required

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years experience in Accounting.
• Candidates with CPA US/Australia or ACCA and/or experience in Big4 are highly preferred. 
• Experience with budgeting and financial reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, accounting software skills.
• Highly organized, with a focus on attention to detail.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent English (written & spoken)

3 Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Optimize the performance of assigned Payment Options for PayAlto Product
• Analyze the performance of assigned Payment Options on regular basis
• Provide best practices of payment options performance to Account optimization and other team members
• Provide regular updates on the performance and identified problems to Payments Team
• Monitor and analyze Payment Option logs to identify possible problems and optimize the integration
• Help CRM team to solve users inquiries related to Payment option issues  

Requirements

• Detail-oriented
• Strong  mathematical or statistical background, university bachelor or above is required
• Analytical mind-set
• Ability to operate with a lot of data and find patterns and trends
• Knowledge of SQL is a big plus
• Proficient English written and verbal communication skills
