Valued Added Service/Logistics Intern (150-250 USD)

Responsibilities:

- Prepare report for assigned customers

- Billing preparation / Issue invoice to customers

- Billing verify and make PR for payment to suppliers

- Costs analysis and optimization solutions

- Transport: Maintain proper and accurate Pre-Shipment and Post-shipment Administration

Track and Trace

Proof of Delivery management

Over, short, and damaged shipment issues

Evaluates, records, and responds to additional/special service requests

Work with transportation providers and freight payment team to ensure proper accessorial cost and flows

Handle damage and loss claims

Assists in troubleshooting and resolving safety, service, and operational issue

- Preferably knowledge of import and export / Customs

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s  degree on Logistics/Supply Chain or Finance/Accounting

- Excellent Microsoft Office

- Good at working with number

- Good communication skills both Vietnamese and English.

- Detailed oriented, well-organizd and ability to work under pressure

- Problem solving skill and Continuous Improvement
