1. Registration is accepted only for works received until midnight (June 28, 11:59 pm Korean time) on the deadline.

2. There is no limit to the number of works submitted, but only one work will be selected in one category.

3. All the works of the contest must be unreleased pure creation.

4. Participant must provide accurate personal information at the time of submission, and if participant’s personal information does not match, one may be withdrawn from the election.

5. Any legal liability arising out of the copyright infringement of the entry is at the discretion of the applicant. Cancellation of the prize if there is a problem (if the plagiarism is confirmed even after the winner's announcement, the award will be canceled and the prize will be returned).

6. According to the Talk Talk Korea Contest Guideline of the Korean Culture and Information Service, the exhibitor's copyright is on the exhibitor (Article 10 of the Copyright Act), and the authorship property rights to the prize-winning works belong to the Korean Culture and Information Service.

7. Prize-winning works will be used for various promotional banners, posters, official documents, newsletters, event announcements, press releases, promotional videos, and websites related to the Talk Talk Korea Contest of Korean Culture and Information Service.

8. Prize-winning works may be adjusted or modified as necessary.

9. Judging standards and scores are in accordance with the own standards (private).

10. Personal information shown on the application will not be used for any purpose other than identification and award.
