Cộng đồng Lead The Change tiền thân là cộng đồng UEH Connected – cộng đồng quốc tế dành cho người trẻ và startups.

Tầm nhìn:

Tạo ra một cộng đồng toàn cầu tạo điều kiện giúp người trẻ và startups vững bước hội nhập với các chương trình đào tạo nước ngoài, cùng những cố vấn quốc tế, và mạng lưới kết nối.

Sứ mệnh:

Đưa người trẻ và các startups Việt tiếp cận với môi trường và thử thách mới, giúp mở rộng tư duy, từ đó tạo ra sự thay đổi và dẫn đầu sự thay đổi, đúng với tên gọi của cộng đồng.

Lead The Change Exchange Trip là chương trình đào tạo ngắn ngày tại nước ngoài dành cho các nhà lãnh đạo trẻ từ 18-25 tuổi. Giúp thế hệ trẻ nhận ra bộ kỹ năng cạnh tranh trong thời đại 4.0.
