Our Management Trainee program in JTI Asia Pacific, named “Explore”, offers the opportunity to discover your potential, to build strong working relationships with fellow Explorers and other JTI employees in a dynamic and collaborative community through the 3 assignments in 3 markets over the 2-year program.

We are looking for Vietnamese young talent in Finance function with the following qualifications:

  Not more than 2 years of working experiences (and/or Internship) in Finance / Accounting or other relevant fields would be added value 

  Excellent communication in Vietnamese and English 

  Willing to learn new things and learn fast 

  Highly flexible and adaptable to dynamic cultures, international working environment

  Enthusiastic and strong passion in career path  

Successful candidates must go through the following processes below:

  1^st Round: Screening and Interview with HR Consultant

  2nd Round: Go through 3 assessments of 1) DiSC (Behavior & Culture,  2) Aptitude & Ability (GIA), 3) Hogan - HBRI (Business Reasoning)  

  3rd Round: Interview with Chief Finance Officer, Finance Manager, HR

  4th Round: Case Study (Presentation) 

  Final Round: Meeting with General Manager of JTI Vietnam
