Responsibilities:

• Design plan, budget and implement administration duties
• Build, maintain and improve continuously procedure in Administration Department
• Operate and manage duties related to Administration such as:
• Manage asset
• Manage, purchase, maintain equipment
• Set up office, office landscape
• Support paperwork, procedure to apply visa, passport, work permit for staff
• Support clerical duties, advanced request, payment request between staff and Finance Department
• Manage receptionist, housekeeper, staff in Administration Department
• Support logistics for events, programs organized in Company
• Have knowledge and skill in customer care service
• Build up, train and manage team with 3-5 members

 Requirement

• Graduated university majoring in Economics, Administration Management, Human Resources Management or equal
• 5 years (+) experience and 3 years (+) experience in the leader position in related sector, in the company size with over 200 staff
• Beneficial to have experience in Administration Manager in IT company
• Have passion in Administration work
• Excellent negotiation skill to have the best price and best quality in purchasing.
• Have experience and network in applying visa, passport for staff go onsite
• Successfully organize internal events for company.
• Good at English
