As a highly skilled Social Compliance Auditor, this position will perform CSR Audits in the whole Vietnam region and actively support the CSR business development in Vietnam.
The responsibilities are:
- Maintain and expand the capability to deliver CSR audits in Vietnam.
- Maintenance of the relevant documents and information for the country / region.
- Cooperation with internal and external colleagues from participating regions and countries.
- Support the processing of international tender.
- Support training to auditors for specific technical requirement of client and exchange meeting in the region.

This position should provide in-depth knowledge of the global CSR community with a broad network of contacts to companies and major organizations and experience in project-management of CSR projects as a project leader or sub-project leader. Principal requirements include:
- College above or equivalent technical professional education with appropriate qualifications. More than 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Qualification Lead Auditor SA 8000, Qualification HSE Lead Auditor preferable.
- Broad experience (>100 audits) in CSR auditing in different industries and countries, Auditor appointments for BSCI/SEDEX, ICS, ICTI, C-TPAT/GSV,GMP and similar are preferable.

-Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SA8000, FSC and GOTS Standards.
- Verse knowledge of relevant local laws and legal regulations.
- Qualification and experience in HSE audit service are highly preferable.
- Proven competencies in efficient and timely report writing.
- Excellent communication skills, persuasiveness and goal orientation within the project team and with customers.
- Attention to details.
- Good Command of Office applications, excellent in excel is a must.
- Confident manner and acting as lead auditor in large CSR audit programs.
- Fluency in spoken and written Vietnamese and Chinese, good spoken and written English skill is preferable.
- Flexible and short-term willingness to travel.
