JOB DESCRIPTION- Support Talent Acquisition team in job fairs, interviews, on-boarding paperwork, new hire integration, etc.
- Support Engagement team in idea generation, idea implementation and logistics stages
- Support Communication team in article composition, uploading, social media management (Company page on Facebook, Linked-in, Google+, Youtube), organizing staff events, etc.
- Assist to manage preparatory and management tasks related to the organisation of Employee Engagement activities to mobilise staff of Wipro to be advocates of learning through play.
- Other special tasks assigned by mentors
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Science or relevant majors
- Fresh graduate or maximum 1-year experience.
- GPA at least 7/10 or 2.8/4
- Strong Vietnamese & English communication (speaking & writing)
- Passion for Human Resources and FMCG industry
- Customer-service oriented
- Willing to learn and can-do attitude
- Proficiency in Word, Power Point, Excel

• Conduct competitive benchmark studies, and provide results and recommendations to the formulation development
• Perform product testing using experimental design and protocol, collection of data and interpretation, and reporting of data
• Generate laboratory samples and conduct tests on stability, performance evaluation
• Conduct sample documentation checking and tracking
• Train new process operators of new product manufacturing procedure
• Prepare and announce mixing process
• Perform new raw material testing and assessment
• Arrange and manage laboratory chemicals
• Perform duties as assigned by superiors
REQUIREMENTS• Bachelor/Engineering Graduate or above in Chemistry / Biology
• Experienced at same position in FMCG companies is a plus
• Experience in Haircare is a plus
• Good Computer literacy
• Good English communication
